OnePlus Ace 6 Key Specifications Officially Confirmed

OnePlus referred to the Ace 6 as an “ultra performance” flagship and posted its main specs on the Chinese microblogging platform Weibo. According to the firm, the new phone will have support for a variable refresh rate of up to 165Hz. The screen would be capable of refreshing 60, 90, 120, 144, and 165Hz. It is already confirmed to be a flat AMOLED display featuring an ultrasonic fingerprint reader and eye-protection modes.

The OnePlus Ace 6 will boast a metal body and IP66 + IP68 + IP69 + IP69K ratings for dust and water resistance. Additionally, the phone will come with a 7,800mAh battery, the largest in its category, it is said. It is confirmed to offer fast wired charging at 120W, though no mention was made of any wireless charging capability.

Earlier, OnePlus hinted that the upcoming smartphone will also come in three color variants — Black, Flash White and Quicksilver (Chinese translation). It is also confirmed to be 213g in weight. Listings, on the other hand, indicate that the OnePlus Ace 6 might be powered by the Snapdragon 8 Elite SoC that currently fuels the OnePlus 13 flagship.
The OnePlus Ace 6, along with the OnePlus 15, is currently available for pre-reservation on the Oppo e-Shop, JDMall, and the company’s other online storefronts. Customers can pre-book the handset for CNY 1 (roughly Rs. 12) and receive benefits worth CNY 3,255 (roughly Rs. 40,000).
